How to use?

1. Peel off the middle backing of the large adhesive sheet. Make sure that the content of the sap patch is evenly distributed. With the green side of the sap patch facing the adhesive, stick it onto the adhesive sheet.
   
   
2. Apply the adhesive sheet to the bottom of your foot, ensuring that your foot has complete contact with the sap patch by pressing gently on the adhesive sheet.
   
   
3. After you take off the sheet, rinse with water or wipe with a wet tissue.

Tip – We recommend applying it before bed and for 4 to 6 hours. (For those with sensitive skin, please test on the skin for an hour) – If you want to ensure that it’s firmly placed, take a few steps after application.
