HOW TO USE YOUR NIPPLE COVERS

Please make sure you are not allergic to the self adhesive by applying to a less sensitive area of skin first before applying.

(1) Clean your breast and nipples, avoid using powders, lotions, oils or soaps that contain moisturizer.

(2) Warm up the nipple covers by placing the matte side on your palm for 10 seconds or using a damp towel to wipe your nipples.

(3) Flip the nipple covers and bring the shiny side out. Then put the shiny side onto your nipples.
